You can sign in to your account here. Be sure to use the same email address you used to create your subscription. You will then be emailed a link—click it, and you should be good to go.
I'm a paid subscriber. Is it possible to send gift links so that nonsubscribers can read your very good stories?
At the moment, there are no gift links for articles. But our Morning Spew is free to read, and anyone can sign up to get our Morning Spew sent as an email (and our twice-weekly Inbox Hell newsletter) here.

Speaking of gift subscriptions, I bought one, but the person I gifted a subscription to never received a link telling them how to log in. Help!
They can sign in to their account here. Be sure to let them know to use the same email address you provided for them when you purchased the gift subscription. After they enter their email address, they will then be emailed a link—once they click it, they should be good to go.
Is there a way to log in via a password, instead of having a link emailed to me?
Unfortunately, our website platform, Ghost, only supports logging in via email.
Can I read Hell Gate via an RSS feed?
We don't currently offer a full-text RSS feed for subscribers, but it is on our list of features we'd like to build.
I just became a Supporter or a Believer! How do I get my swag?
First of all, thank you, and welcome! You should have received an email titled "Thanks for becoming a Supporter!" or "Thanks for becoming a Believer!" immediately after subscribing. That email includes a link to a Google Form where you can share your address with us. Please fill out the form, and we will get you our latest piece of swag promptly.
If you can't find the email, check your spam folder. And if you still can't find it, please email info@hellgatenyc.com.
