Step off the E, F, M, R, or 7 train at the Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue stop and within a block or two, you can feast for days (or decades) on some of the best food in the city, from all over the world.
Seriously, it's tough to go wrong in this part of town, which includes, among dozens of other solid options, recent Hell Gate $20 Dinner favorites like the kick-ass Thai steam table spot Khao Kang, the great Angel Indian Restaurant (now with a second location nearby!), Taste of Himalaya with its wide-ranging menu of bangers, and the street meat specialists at Karachi Kabab Boiz.
