It's been a couple weeks since Eric Adams announced that we won't have Eric Adams to kick around anymore, confirming what many had long thought inevitable: that he was dropping out of the mayor's race.
But Adams always lands on his feet, and today came the first intimations that he may in fact have a new job lined up. Possibly a dream job? Possibly three dream jobs? That's about all we know.
Where some see an absence of knowledge, however, others see an opportunity for rank speculation. With this in mind, the Hell Gate staff offers this hastily assembled list of informed guesses about what the mayor's new employment might consist of:
