A new City Council bill suggests the biggest city in the U.S. is once again capable of eating outside in March.

Year-round outdoor dining, the early 2020s program that elevated New York's sidewalk culture and allowed restaurants to survive the pandemic, may be in for a comeback. 

A Brooklyn lawmaker introduced legislation on Thursday that would once again allow outdoor dining in roadways year-round—reversing some of the restrictions that have led to a steep drop in restaurants with outdoor seating and frustrated business owners and diners alike
