Standing in the halls of the State Capitol on Tuesday, Mayor Eric Adams delivered a triumphant message to his haters.

"One thing's for sure," he told reporters, "the concerns that I had, tests were taken, and thank God—I'm going to be around to harass you guys for a long time."
