I suppose it was inevitable that New York City's signage—the window-size flyers advertising burgers in delis, A-frames advertising brunch specials outside of restaurants—is entering the era of AI images. Before, there were stock images taken by some human, somewhere, of a real BLT; now, we have artificially intelligent chicken wings that end in pacifier rings, stacks of uncanny Ghibli-esque pancakes, and hallucinatory beers.
