Thankfully we're running it back again this year—at a bigger venue, with more surprises!
Hell Gate's In Battle, Bands: A Showcase Featuring Local Journalists will be coming to you live on Tuesday, October 6, at 7 p.m. at Night Club 101 in the East Village.
This year, in addition to bands featuring journalists from the City Reporter, Politico New York, and the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY, we'll be utilizing a bonafide "Battle of the Bands" format with four soon-to-be-announced "celebrity" judges, who will be dishing out wisdom and criticism throughout.
Last year the event sold out, so get your tickets while you still can!
One note: We are reserving a limited number of free tickets for Hell Gate Supporters and Believers. (This is why you should subscribe.) For everyone else, tickets are $20 (plus some fees).
