Daniel Naba Rimales spent years setting up a cart under the elevated J train line in Woodhaven to sell his shockingly-good homemade yogurt, studded with the likes of guava and walnut, as well as other specialties from his native Chipilo de Francisco Javier Mina, a small city in Puebla, Mexico.
As Rimales told Hell Gate, Chipilo is famous for its dairy products, having been settled by Italians some 150 years ago, and no matter how many different kinds of yogurt you've eaten in your life, you are not prepared for how bright and tangy and delicious this stuff is.
