On Thursday night, I sailed across oceans, celebrated sheep-shearing season in a bucolic meadow, watched a king immolate his life, and witnessed a bear devour a man—all completely free of charge. That's because I had the distinct pleasure of attending my very first Shakespeare in the Park production at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park, where I witnessed its second production of the season: "The Winter's Tale."
